Access Team Workspace Dashboard
Creating and Managing a Workspace
A workspace allows you to group and manage resources, projects, and team members efficiently. Each account is associated with one workspace, but members can belong to multiple workspaces to collaborate across different teams or organizations. You can find your workspace dashboard by clicking on your account name on the top right corner of the Scrapfly dashboard.
Key Features

- Project Isolation: Manage multiple projects within a workspace with clear boundaries for access and quota management.
Inviting Team Members
To share your workspace with others, navigate to the "Members" tab in your workspace dashboard.
- Enter the email address of the team member you want to invite.
- Select their role (e.g., Billing, Monitoring, Manager).
- Choose which projects they should have access to (or select "All").
- Click "Send Invitation" to grant access.
Once invited, team members will appear under the "Members" tab with their role and access status.
Managing Roles and Permissions
Roles define what actions a team member can perform within the workspace. Permissions are tied to roles, ensuring granular control over access to resources.
Available Roles
- Billing: Retrieve invoices, access billing information, update billing information and payment methods
- Monitoring: View-only access for monitoring resources and activities.
- Developer: Access and manage technical resources, API Keys.
- Manager: Access to workspace and members but limited workspace-wide settings.
- Owner: Full access to manage the workspace, projects, and members.
Granting or Revoking Project Access
Navigate to the member's profile by clicking "Action" > "Update (Info, Role, Projects)" under the "Members" tab.
- Select or deselect the projects they can access.
- Click "Update" to save changes.
